About Woking Logs

We supply logs for Woking and the surrounding area, all of our logs are seasoned and ready for use. We also supply kindling wood for Woking and the surrounding areas. Logs, firewood and kindling supplied to the Woking area is delivered promptly.

Our wood is seasoned which means that it is the most efficient way of burning the logs. Unseasoned wood can be up to 45% moisture which is dramatically reduced by seasoning. Seasoning wood means that it has been left to dry in the right conditions.

The ecological benefits of burning firewood are numerous, perhaps the most important is that it is not a fossil fuel and doesn't release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Please call Dave Stevens to discuss your requirements, should you wish to collect any logs, kindling and firewood, arrangemenys can be made on request.

As we are a delivery company we can also deliver logs in Camberley, logs in Farnborough, logs in Farnham and logs in Guildford. Our delivery service is reliable and also includes kindling wood supplies, our firewood bundles consist of mixed woods.

Woking has grown in size due to the railway coming to the town in the 19th century, and because of its fast links to Waterloo it has become a popular home for commuters. It boasts the first mosque in England which was built by a British Army officer who returned from serving abroad to Woking after converting to Islam. Woking also boasts the first crematorium which is situated in St Johns, when it was first installed it was tested by cremating a dead donkey. Londoners enjoyed a day out in Brookwood during Victorian times as an overspilll cemetry was built just outside of Woking, and if Londoners had relatives buried there they could travel at reduced rates on a special rail line that went straight into the cemetry.
